Project Story

Alwatanyea Veterinary Medicine is a complete private digital ecosystem built from ideation to production to manage veterinary medicine commerce and operations end-to-end.

This is a multi-system project similar in scale to Edu Nasser: one app for user and worker workflows, and another full app for administration and internal business control.

First App (Current Focus)

  • User workflow: browse and order medicines through a structured, reliable mobile journey.
  • Worker workflow: process assigned orders and keep lifecycle states updated accurately.
  • Private onboarding: only approved and authorized company users can use this app.
  • Status visibility: clear request flow from creation to fulfillment.

Second App (Full Internal System)

This second app is a private full e-commerce operations system for company management and governance.

  • Inventory: full stock control, availability tracking, and operations handling.
  • Discounts and pricing: internal discount logic and pricing governance.
  • Users and workers: role, access, and operational responsibility management.
  • Accounting: financial and transaction-related operational visibility.
  • Closed ecosystem: all system modules are private and company-controlled.

My Role and Technical Ownership

  • End-to-end delivery: handled everything from ideation to final product.
  • Frontend and backend: built full system flows and backend implementation using Supabase.
  • Optimization: tuned product performance and flow reliability across project modules.
  • Future roadmap: push notifications and further communication features are planned for upcoming modifications.
